Okay, so this isn't really a tutorial, but being the nerd I am, I still threw some information about masking fluid in there. Art nerdom to the max!
So there you go, a walk through, and the page in the walk through hasn't even been posted yet, mwa hahaha.
It didn't go into the painting a whole lot, but would you guys be interested in a time lapse of me painting a page, or at least a cover? Let me know, it can be done if you want it.
FYI: that page isn't really done, I just didn't want to have the complete page up on a tutorial. There was no need.

I never thought of using different masking fluids for different things, great idea! I'm using the WN masking fluid now and I'm not too happy w it. I'm gonna pick up the pebeo for the fine stuff. Any suggestion of where to get the Da Vinci? None of my local places have it.
Also what brand of paint do you use?

Well if you are in BC Canada Opus art Supplies has DaVinci, otherwise Dickblick.com might have it. Another brand that is nice is "incredible white mask", works really well.
I use Windsor & Newton and Holbein watercolours (artist grade)
Very useful. Got any good tips for comic book writing in of itself? I can write and draw, but putting the two together to complement themselves in the comic format I find to be difficult at times. As a full page of written work could translate into a 30 page comic.
very interesting, specially the masking fluid, very useful! where i can buy it? is there a place on internet? coz i'm from Chile and i highly doubt that they import it here D= or if you have pics of it so i can go search for it?? i would appreciate it so much.
