I only submit this cause I like the background.

From my Novel it's the first time you see Erik. He's all bundled up for winter so he looks like he's choking.
His eyes are crooked, but they didnt look crooked till I added the bloody mask :shakefist:
Also, mask isnt quite right, it should be lower down and back more and more angular, for my mask.
I'll probably need to re-draw it for the book.

Oh, I freaking hate it when stuff doesn't look off until AFTER you go through a bunch of crap to get it to where it is :(

it's still quite a lovely effect, I'm especially fond of the snow on the angel monument.

i thought something was up with the eyes when i saw the sketch but i wasnt sure cuz i didnt know if his eyes were supposed to look that way or not, so i didnt say anything...anyway i luv the effect of the foggy sky and the snow coming thru, well done on that. i also like how you did a contrast of colors on his clothes, they really stand out here. :D

I really love this. I love the transition of dark hair to white and there is just something about the shading of his suit that really pleases the eye. It's very firm but inviting. It kind of reminds me of the graves behind him, which fits really well. :D
